Delivery Information

Where we deliver

PHITENMY ships to any addresses within the Malaysia, including east Malaysia.

Delivery services

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment authorisation & stock availability. This is usually by the next working day after order placement.

Please note the following:

    • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (Malaysia time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
    • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) we are unable to ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays. Therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
    • Delivery will be through POS LAJU. For more detail services please refer to POS LAJU website.
    • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
    • All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Shipping & Handling Cost

Good news!  Until further notice, we shall offer to our Online customer free postage and handling charges (via POS LAJU) for their Online purchases within Malaysia.

How long does it take for products to reach me?

Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation before 2pm (Order placed after 2pm will be considered for next day Order process), it takes us maximum 2 working days to process and arrange for delivery by the 3rd working day. We will send out the product using POS LAJU service and delivery duration will depends on your location in which you could check out the POS website ( for more information 

Tracking your order

You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been dispatched.

Returns procedure

    • We do not accept any return of the Phiten product purchased from our Online Shop for whatsoever reason as customers can be 100% sure that the product is genuine when they purchase from this Official Online website
    • To ensure your highest level of satisfaction, we apply stringent checks on our products before they reach your doorstep.
    • We disclaim any defects from shipping. Each case shall be handled by the customer.
    • Strictly NO EXCHANGES of products will be entertained at Phiten shops/outlets for purchases made online. Please ensure that you choose the type, color, size correctly before you make the payment.
